POSTCARD FROM PARIS



My travel essentials for a weekend in style in the romantic and chic capital of fashion.

A TRENCH COAT is very versatile so it goes perfectly well for your evening wear and daywear.

SNEAKERS are a must if you want strolling in Parisian cobbled streets. Many Parisian run in nice sneakers during the day. I love white ones because they look more sport chic. Here I’m wearing Lacoste sneakers available in large sizes. Note that one pair of heels for a night out in a nice restaurant is also very useful.

A MEDIUM BAG has to be big enough to store your beauty touch ups’ tools and your wallet. I always try to pick one I can also use for a more formal occasion.

FINE JEWELRY with pearls now back on trend or gold accents pieces to emphasize the chic à la Parisienne and add some sophisticate touches to a simple outfit. Don’t wear too much jewelry and pick maximum two. French style is quite minimalistic.

AN ELEGANT PIECE for nighttime is mandatory if you don’t see you in a gown a nice tailored skirt, a blazer or a cocktail dress is fine. Add a timeless piece of jewelry, a statement bag, a pair of heels and you are ready to enjoy the glamour Parisian nightlife.
